Update image references according to 4.0(2)

Please update image references according to cisco application policy infrastructure controller container plugins release 4.0(2).

From what I see that includes:

aci-containers-controller:1.9r43
aci-conatiners-host:1.9r43
cnideploy:1.9r43
opflex:1.9r80

I see this is handled in pull request #221 and #222 :)

Would it be at all possible to actually create a tag/release so it would be easier to compare version contents in the future? :)
