YouTube add unnecessary suffix

Check this video's description.
It adds a weird suffix at the end of each link, and it breaks it.
http://bit.ly/2Sj98TJ
turn into
http://bit.ly/2Sj98TJ&v=AMv5HBOLovE&event=video_description
Can confirm but it only happens when you come from another page on youtube in the same tab.
Probably an issue with Structured Page Fragments.
Pattern is (link url)&(the part of the youtube url that comes after https://www.youtube.com/watch?)&event=video_description
ex on page https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99VgZlkwHIU
link to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27150 becomes https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27150&v=99VgZlkwHIU&event=video_description but only when page is loaded via Structured Page Fragments loading.
