status-relative-date link not reachable when near compose-box-button

On the home page, the floating blue compose button has a transparent border that doesn’t let mouse events through to the content behind it. I noticed this because I wanted to right-click the “11 hours ago” link when it was near the compose button, and I didn’t get the correct context menu.
