Doorbell camera preview shows question mark

I am using the method described here https://community.home-assistant.io/t/eufy-camera-integration/121758/47 to preview my worried doorbell and it often happens that when I run either of the services camera.turn_off or camera.turn_on, the Lovelace camera card becomes un-seen with a question mark. This often gets resolved by refreshing the page, but other times its takes several minutes so teh image gets displayed again
