Lines of holes on the map

I discovered a straight line on the map when downloading the height map of Lublin, Poland. I figured it was not an issue of the height map downloader, as moving the grid around also changed the location of the line. It has to do something with the map.

Edit: it does not seem to happen for the world map (as for the same location)
