Please integrate option to know what ad is show

I think it could be interesting to know, when we debug, to know which ads from which network is currently shown, for example if applovin, facebook, admob etc.. perhaps with a label

This can easily be distinguished whilst debugging. Plus whenever an ad us displayed a log is printed on console where its mentioned which ad is displayed
