Detect DualShock3 controllers on XInput

See if it is possible to separate DS3 emulated xinput devices from official xinput devices.

Does not work with the SCP drivers, which are considered the best available. SCP creates an emulated XBOX360 controller with the official vid & pid and no differentiating characteristics.
