Circle CI dependencies cache issue

Circle CI caches the dependencies, newly added packages are not visible for build step so it fails, SO question related to this issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61999896/skipping-cache-generation-cache-already-exists-for-key

Pipeline works as expected, running unit tests, deploying to firebase.
