Hey @norcross I was disabling this myself working locally and had the same issue you point out in the readme
"replaces Open Sans CSS font file with a blank CSS file due to dependency issues "
This was my solution around it, if your interested in looking at it.

Doesn't require the blank CSS file, and just removes the open-sans.
Didn't seem to break anything.

I like this. lemme take a look and I'll see about getting it in there. esp since this is probably something that can be extended / filtered.

thanks for this. did some testing and it's a better setup (and more flexible). just added it and removed the empty file swap
