Inconsistent behaviour in Outlook mail app for iOS

Universal Link is working fine for Android mail client.
But, when executed for iOS mail client, i.e. when user clicks the link from e-mail it shows an ir-regular behaviour.
It sometimes launches app. and sometimes goes to safari browser..
Please help.
I want it to open in app. if app is installed.
Tested in iOS outlook native app.
