I fixed few things, should I submit PR?

Hi,
It looks like this theme didn't get updated on Marketplace for quite long time, I really like this theme,
and I tried to fix several things bother me with latest IntelliJ IDEA

  1. File color, ignored file is hard to see on Tree view and Editor Tab,
    i changed text color, and tuned down file colors to make it visible, also updated Tab style to make it align with JetBrain product

  2. updated bracket/braces/semicolon color of Java code
    to match the similar style from vscode nord theme

  3. fixed several border colors

  4. updated in file text search highlight style
    to match vscode nord theme as well

Should I create PR? or keep those change by myself,
since those are some personal preferences, i am not sure whether it's align with Nord design principle. or there a better way.
