ordering of nord-tmux and tmux-prefix-highlight in .tmux.conf file

Description
in the config file of tmux (~/.tmux.conf)
if you set tmux-prefix-highlight plugin first
then set nord theme plugin
it'll cause prefix-highlight to malfunction
Example
good
...
set -g @plugin "arcticicestudio/nord-tmux"
set -g @plugin 'tmux-plugins/tmux-prefix-highlight'
...
bad
...
set -g @plugin 'tmux-plugins/tmux-prefix-highlight'
set -g @plugin "arcticicestudio/nord-tmux"
...
