[Feature Request] Enhance Preview Functions

The current version of the app lets users preview their note before it's posted, but "Preview" is too close to the "Post" button.
Features
- Add a configurable time delay before notes are posted.
- Add a pop up prompt that requires users to preview their note before posting. Make the preview clearly display how the note will look in Nostur.
Benefits
- Reduce typos and other errors
- Users get a clearer view of their note before it's posted, which should help create more optimized notes.
