Vendor Frame Issues

Vendor frames always act as if they were placed facing north. You can rotate them with wrenches from other mods (e.g. the Yeta Wrench from Ender IO), but doing so causes them to lose all settings including owner.
Tested with
Minecraft: 1.10.2
Forge: 12.18.3.2185
Universal Coints: 1.10.2-0.6
