lyp gem won't install because rugged 0.23 won't build anymore

Hello,

I am trying to install the lyp gem, but it fails because it depends on an older version of rugged (0.23) which does not compile with the current openssl release (1.1). rugged 0.26 installs fine. Is it possible to update the dependencies to reflect the current state of rugged (switch from 0.23 to 0.26)?
