[FR] When active tab being converted to a popover, allow users to fix its position in the plugin settings.

In cases like using media extended to click on video link and play it inside obsidian, I prefer to convert the video tab into a popover with command convert active pane to hover editor and manually drag it to the top right corner of the screen for easier note taking.
It would be much handier if the position of a converted popover can be customized in the plugin settings.
