U+1ED39 and U+1ED2E are ligated into the glyph u1ED39_u1ED2E.liga. L2/348R §§ 2.11 and 4 explain that that ligature involves U+1ED13 OTTOMAN SIYAQ NUMBER ONE HUNDRED, not U+1ED39.
