Upgrade license to EPL 2.0 with secondary license clause since EPL 1.0 is deprecated

Short description
The Eclipse Foundation advises that version 1.0 of the Eclipse Public License is deprecated and that projects should migrate to version 2.0. (See https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/faq.php#h.60mjudroo8e5).
Please consider upgrading to EPL version 2.0. I believe this is as simple as replacing the LICENSE file with something like: https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt.java/blob/master/LICENSE which is what the java paho mqtt client library has done.
