Problem

Scenario: The library is used in an app on Device A . Device A is using the shared connection from Device B, but Device B does not have an internet connection.

Expected: Merlin on Device A should detect that it does not have an internet connection.
Actual: Merlin detects an internet connection.

Solution

This scenario has not tested in any great detail in the demo by any maintainers of Merlin.

Maintainers -> test this scenario on devices and see what information we have available to detect the connection on a shared network.
