Factions Top not working on Paper Spigot 1.8.8

Title says it all. Here's the paste bin. I'd love to be able to use this plugin:

It still doesn't work.

I just downloaded the latest one from that and I still had an error:

See line 4 17.05 15:48:40 [Server] INFO [FactionsTop] H2 forcefully loaded, a reboot may be required. If that doesn't work then please try providing the H2 jar from the lib folder of your server manually via the server's classpath argument or try to use MySQL.
