Introduce Top/Bottom Options for Legend Position on Horizontal Multi Bar Chart

Like some of the other charts in the NVD3 Library, it would be great to be able to adjust both the legend and the controls position for the chart.
Proposal:
legendPosition: possible values ['top' (default), 'bottom']
controlsPosition: possible values ['top' (default), 'bottom']
