[BUG] - Terms & Conditions button on the More page not working

Describe the bug
Terms & Conditions button on the More page not working

To Reproduce

  1. Go to the More page
  2. Scroll down to Terms & Conditions
  3. Click on the button and it takes you to a white Downloading... page which then doesn't go anywhere

Expected behavior
The button should take you to a Ts & Cs page or PDF
