Move repository to the npr organization (from nprdm)

I'm not sure what impact, if any, this will have on the release process through Packagist. Maybe Packagist handles these redirects automagically; if so, great!

We should also make sure we update our README.md and any other places such as these lines in composer.json to point to the new location.

Finally managed to get access to the Packagist account we used to submit https://packagist.org/packages/npr/npr-one-backend-proxy today and pointed it to the moved repository. I think we're finally 100% good now.
