Work better with BLS data

Avie and ran into some issues with BLS data and Chartbuilder today.
BLS by default formats its data like this:
http://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000000
It's possible to get it in a more columnar format, but it's not intuitive how to do it.
Possible to build in a "reformat my BLS data" feature, so users can copy/paste out of Excel and hit a button to get it in the right Chartbuilder-friendly format?
