`:focus-within` pseudo-class

Problem

I was hacking together a number input or "spin button" sort of thing. I wanted to use the :focus-within pseudo-selector to highlight the whole control whenever one of the increment/decrement buttons had focus. However, it isn't included in the library yet.

Requested enhancement

I would like the :focus-within pseudo-class to be added to the library.
