Incorrect message for links to open containers

Current Behavior

"You can share a link to this object, it will be available for 1 day to everyone without authorization"

Expected Behavior

Publicly accessible containers don't have "1 day" access restriction, the link is valid until EACL change.

Possible Solution

Fix the message for open containers.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a container with "allow reads for others" policy, upload an object, get a link.
