Replace myvenv directory with requirements list

/myvenv is a pretty big directory - 100MB - and doesn't really need to be included in the repo. A good cleanup task for a new user would be deleting it, and including clear instructions on replacing it, as per the guide in a stack overflow answer such as the one that can be found here.
