  • Cache aggregate transcripts (related to #3426)
  • Cache key shares (extracted from aggregate transcripts using Ferveo keys)

For the moment, this can be considered closed by #3426. Caching key shares is not worth it for the moment (see nucypher/ferveo#174 )
