How can i use my own data to detect outliers with numenta

I want to use my data whithout label to detecet ouliers, first i put my data into data, then i run
python run.py --dataDir /home/linmengnan/NAB/data/CTR_data/5281063146_10.csv, but it reported an error

Did I make any mistakes or did I miss any steps？
