It seems that the link for the 2017 conda-forge idea (in the ideas.md) links to 2018's ideas.

they are using the same google document. We don't forbid doing that.

That's fair I just thought it would be good to put it in the 2018 folder, since it has 2018 content.

I plan to update this soon when I get more ideas pages from the other projects as well.
