Improve prayer-time calculations

To help end-users directly, we must collect as many prayer time calculation methods for each country as possible! (This way users can know exactly when to plan going to the masjid, etc., in addition to accuracy of times generated of course.)

• Batoul apps are already doing this open source with Al-Adhan. We can contribute methods from each of our countries here.
• MuslimPro and other apps show many regional method options, but I can confirm some are inaccurate by up to 6 minutes even (for example, Maghrib time in Jordan today).
