Profile images no longer are displayed

Describe the bug
The API that was previously used for hosting profile images (https://api.adorable.io) appears to be down/offline. I recommend switching to using the https://ui-avatars.com instead, as it is very comparable and is fairly easy to configure
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Login
- View profile images of other people logged in
Expected behavior
A user profile picture is displayed
