Unable to execute backup on Syspass 3.2

sysPass Version
sysPass 3.2
Describe the question
In the configuration/backup when we launch execute button we receive "Internal Server Error".

also when we try to download the syspass.log file we get the file with size 0
Platform:
OS: Rocky Linux
OS Version: 8.6 (Green Obsidian)
Browser: Firefox, Chrome

after setting this options in php.ini file the issue has been resolved!
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size
memory_limit
max_execution_time
Backup are OK!
