Problem with APP backup

Hello, we are having problems making a backup copy of the APP.

We get this line in the logs, but we do not know how to interpret it 100%

[2023-10-13 05:35:58] syspass.EXCEPTION: logger {"message":"(P) tar-based phar "/var/www /html/syspass/app/backup/sysPass_app-36e1c9acdf580588b4f8cf97a9227374fcdaea7c.tar" cannot be created, contents of file "app/config/syspass.log" could not be written

Yes, we can export the key XML and we also export/download the database backup.
