fix: regex in ignore option

The default regex provided for the new ignore option breaks page loading for me, because the virtual configuration seems to be incorrectly encoded:

which in turn results in

Seems to be fixed in 1.8.1, thanks @danielroe! ❤️ Now I've learned from that example how to use knitwork.
