`create-nuxt-app` --no-install flag for creating without installing dependencies

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I was experimenting with MFEs and I needed to generate a next project scaffold without running npm install so that it does not generate the node_modules folder.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a --no-install flag to the options in order not to run the npm install after the generation of the files.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe utilize the --no-install flag in the npx command.

My knowledge is minimal so pardon me if I'm missing anything.
