Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Open the url https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/treeview/examples/treeview-navigation/ URL in Edge browser.
Step 2: Navigate on the left side controls and using Down arrow key
Step 3: Verify that Screen reader focus is moving to left side controls in browse mode or not.
Actual behavior:
Screen reader focus is not moving to left side controls in browse mode.
Expected behavior:
Screen reader focus should move to the left side controls in browse mode. --NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments:

This is intended behaviour for browse mode.
The control works as intended in focus mode.

You can enable a visual highlighter for NVDA‘s virtual cursor in NVDA vision settings category and then you can see where the virtual cursor moves while you use arrow keys in browse mode.
