Nvda freezes when opening a large file in IntelliJ IDEA

Steps to reproduce:

Open a project that has large code base in Intellij IDEA.
this file has 14000 lines.
try to move between methods by alt+up or down arrow keys or cut all of the text and paste again.

Actual behavior:

You experience delay or Nvda completely hangs and becomes silent.

Expected behavior:

it should move between lines or methods as normal files.

NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments:

will be attached.

System configuration

NVDA installed/portable/running from source:

installed.

NVDA version:

2024.2

Windows version:

Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3737)

Name and version of other software in use when reproducing the issue:

IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.2
