HT was enabled, but the redundant part in the [.csv] file has been deleted.

I'm curious about the stock latency results, don't know if OP also OC'd mesh frequency(don't know the proper name for this on new Xeons)

The stock latency seems abnormal. I feel that the CPU load is too low during the c2c test, and the frequency is always only 1.9GHz even 0.8GHz. This may be due to incomplete BIOS or OS optimization (the motherboard is ASUS PRO WS W790E-SAGE SE and the OS is Ubuntu 22.04.2LTS). Therefore, I only submitted the OC latency. I do not have OC mesh frequency, I just used the "Ai Tweaker" on the ASUS motherboard to specify the Multiplier of each core and modified some voltage/power settings.
