Detecting only 48 cores on windows, Xeon 8480+(56c)

The tester only detects 48 of 56 cores on windows 10. The output csv also shows mutiple zero results. Perhaps there are some compatibility issues?
Also are there something wrong with character coding?

I met same issue, tester only detect 64 cores of 96c(EPYC 9654, 96c192t) on windows 10.
