NTR: 2x P01 terms based on existing, with additional sensors [BODCNVS-2351]

Two new terms to be created based on existing terms, with additional sensors, as below:
ASLVRAD2 - Surface elevation relative to Mean Sea Level datum of the water body by radar water level recorder (second sensor)
ASLVR401 - Surface elevation residual of the water body by tidal height sensor4 and subtraction of value predicted by tidal analysis
New terms created, they will be live on the NVS from tomorrow morning:
ASLVRAD2 : Surface elevation relative to Mean Sea Level datum of the water body by radar water level recorder (second sensor)
Definition: Elevation of the sea surface relative to mean sea level datum, defined as sea level at a given location averaged over an unspecified long period of time, measured by a second radar water level recorder.
ASLVR401: Surface elevation residual of the water body by tidal height sensor4 and subtraction of value predicted by tidal analysis
Definition: Residual surface elevation of the water body, also referred to as the non-tidal residual, meteorological residual, or surge, i.e. the part of the observed sea level due to weather effects and not due to tidal forces. Measured by a fourth tidal height sensor and subtraction of the predicted tidal value.
