Xcode 8.1 Tests Build Failure

Branch 6.x has begun failing on Travis due to commit d5d29e5.
The problem seems to be the Swift compiler that comes with Xcode 8.1. All versions for Linux are working fine. There may not be anything that can be done about this. If this isn't fixed by the time Swift 4 is released, this issue can be closed.
