another "scroll up" button, but to accordian header

add another "scroll to top" but one that only "scrolls to open entry" which scrolls until the accordion header is at the top of the screen.

As far as I can tell both this and #13 are not going to be straightforward to implement like they might be on the web, since instead of using bootstrap itself, I'm using solid-bootstrap.

In v0.15 removed the accordions to use cards and modals for detailed descriptions. This removes the need to have scroll to top like this.
