0.2.7 doesn't correctly preview any gtk widget themes

I've been trying to test some GTK themes, but on my system, the widget preview seems nonfunctional, and choosing a different theme than I was using and then hitting "apply" seems to do nothing, no apps change their current theme, and new apps don't launch with the new theme either.

seems likely there's something on my box interfering with nwg-look, but I'm not sure where to look to start debugging.

hmmm interestingly using gsettings to apply the theme directly also doesn't work (gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme "Sweet" or similar), so there's definitely something pretty busted on my system. may not have anything to do with nwg-look, but I could use some help determining if that's the case. 😅

aaahaha this was definitely my fault, I had a GTK theme forced in /etc/environment to work around an old problem with gdm. removed that, rebooted, everything works fine. ignore me, your software is great! 😂
