Current/Missing Behavior

The latest release (https://dl.nwjs.io/v0.83.0/nwjs-v0.83.0-win-x64.zip) of v0.83.0 (which uses nw83/20231221-235214) is broken on windows.

I only checked the 64-bit version (https://dl.nwjs.io/live-build/nw83/20231221-235214/b8cea2979/v0.83.0/nwjs-v0.83.0-win-x64.zip) and (https://dl.nwjs.io/v0.83.0/nwjs-v0.83.0-win-x64.zip)
https://dl.nwjs.io/live-build/nw83/20231220-162015/a1080e203/v0.83.0/nwjs-v0.83.0-win-x64.zip from nw83/20231221-235214/b8cea2979 seems to work for some reason.

Version from nw83/20231221-235214, nw83 from v0.83.0 and nw82 from v0.82.0:

The exe build seems to be invalid? I'm not experienced enough with that.

It might be a nw-builder issue tho.. Honestly, it's not obvious who's at fault here.

Apparently there's also an issue with the unzipper nw-builder uses: ZJONSSON/node-unzipper#271.
Don't know if that has anything to do with it in this case since the direct downloaded and with windows explorer extracted version broke too.
