Some functionality around whether or not you have a copy, offering a copy to be played, and if it's a library checkout - what's the expiration?

That's an interesting idea. I need to add sidekiq to the back of this thing so that it can do some offline API action.

I'm going to split this out to a separate item - one about I have a copy/need a copy to play, and another about library check out for events like BGG.
