will be useful to have a specification for how a server communicatees with a registrar.

and perhaps also for how a client communicates with a server.

making the standard client-to-server API its own issue.

writing out the specifications in its own folder as markdown. this should help me to get the ideas together as they develop.

slowly executing a package-filesystem and package-subsystem overhaul while creating a written specification for muclr - during this the project is really starting to take shape - now would be a good time for potential team members to get involved, as, right now, the fundamental muclr core is beginning to solidify.
