In the Arduino IDE, there is an upload option, where you need to upload the sound files manually. Did you do that? It is explained in my video.

Once more about sound engine. Can be simultaneously with throttle together?

I have implemented a very simple sound system which supports only one sound to be played at the same time. But it works independent from the throttle controls. So you can play a long sample and also control the loco.
