Spike in self-referrals & high bounce rates

I still can't put my finger on the exact issue. However, I am able to correlate the spike in self-referrals and 100% bounce rates on organic traffic with the launch of the new site. We're using SEOmatic & Instant Analytics. SEOmatic page tracking is off.

I'm tempted to turn off IA and just use SEOmatic with page view tracking to see if this fixes the issue. Any ideas on what could be happening or things to look for?
