Cannot get UDID or connect to server on my phone

Hey! I have SideJIT up and running with no issues on my machine

but on my phone, I can't connect to the server to get the UDID, and getting it through the cmd window and putting it in the shortcut doesn't work "The request timed out." How can I fix this? Spectrum is my ISP (dynamic IPs), I'm on Python 3.11, and on Windows 11 23H2. You can get details about my iPhone from the screenshot, but I'll tell you it's an iPhone 11 with 64G storage and is on version 17.6.

And if still getting this error, try 127.0.0.1:8080 on computer, should see something
